Return/Exchange Policy


RETURNS 

We believe that you should feel 100% comfortable before and after your purchase with us. Also, there is an optimum amount of time for you to truly see and feel if your skincare is doing the right things for you.

Depending on your age, the life cycle of skin cells range from 30-60 days for new cells to reach the skin’s surface. It takes this long to truly be able to see if a new skincare regimen has made a difference in your life. Because we believe so wholeheartedly in our products, if after 30 days from your delivery you are unsatisfied please contact us for an exchange, or a full refund.

If you would like an exchange/store credit, we offer FREE SHIPPING for customers returning for a store credit. Please notify us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of the return shipment. Once received, you will be notified when your credit is available.

If you decide you would like a full refund, return shipment cost will not be covered by WHYLD and shipment is at your own expense.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you have a change of heart anytime prior to shipment, you may initiate an order cancellation via the "View Your Order" link in your confirmation email, or email us directly at info@whyldskincare.com. If you have received a shipment notification from us, your order may not be cancelled as it has already left our facility. 

PAYMENT

Refund payment will be processed upon receipt of the product. Please leave 48-72 hours, and 3-5 business days for it to show up on your original method of payment. Your refund will always be credited to the original payment method.
