Shipping


U.S. SHIPPING 

We ship using USPS First class (1-3 business days), USPS Priority (1-2 business days), and USPS Express (overnight to most locations). Please note that these time periods are estimates, and although usually USPS is very reliable, some unforeseen events may delay shipments.

To guarantee delivery by a specific date, please select Express shipping at checkout. 

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Please keep in mind, we handcraft each item we send out. This includes bottling, labeling, and shipping. After leaving our facility, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information for your shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days, usually sooner.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We happily ship internationally and offer USPS First Class Service for orders up to 2 lbs at $18. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Additionally, we offer faster, USPS Priority International shipping up to 1 lb at $40, which takes 6-10 days.

Please note that your products usually arrive in these listed time frames but customs departments do have the ability to hold items, and we do not have control over this. 

All international orders must pass through customs and this process takes various amounts of time. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing exactly how long customs will take. Please also take into consideration that international shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e. taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. These charges vary and we are not capable of calculating these at the time of sale. Customers should be prepared to pay these fees at the time of delivery. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes. 

Additionally, we cannot make changes to any of the international shipping forms (changing prices, marking orders as gifts, etc.) We also cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address. 

ORDER ISSUES

If you have any issues at all with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, damages, delays, etc.) please contact us immediately so we may take steps to correct it for you.

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@whyldskincare.com. We will replace any damaged items that are reported within 48 hours of your order delivery.
